The website provider and privacy contact must be confirmed. For research data, establish which organisation is the controller and which party acts as processor for each processing activity.
Data and use
The demo form processes input temporarily in your browser and optionally creates a local text file. It creates no research accounts. Hosting may process access cookies and technical logs; check the hosting arrangements.
Before a final statement
Record identity and contact, data categories, purposes and legal bases, recipients, any transfers outside the EEA, retention and rights. Explain requests for access, correction, deletion or objection and complaints to the relevant supervisory authority. Each group needs its organisation’s statement.
